Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Online purchases from thronewatches.com may be returned for full refund or exchange. A refund or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days. The product must be returned unused and in original condition with all original packaging and no signs of wear. If the band is returned worn, a minimum of $100.00 USD will be deducted from the return amount.
In the event of a return, please download our return/exchange form here. This form contains instructions on how to ship your watch. No returns will be accepted without a return/exchange form.

International customer returns will be subject to a fixed return fee of USD $75.00 as there are VAT fees requested by US Customs when watches are returned back to the USA.

My battery died, now what?
Bummer! Not to worry though, this is pretty standard with quartz watches. Quartz is the type of movement in all Throne Watches, which is a fancy way of saying they are battery powered. Replacing our watch batteries is easy and can be done in minutes at any local jeweler. If you'd like us to replace it for you, we charge $15 plus shipping. If your battery has died within the first year after purchase, or you'd like to have us replace your battery, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you.
Do you have a watch warranty?
Throne guarantees that your timepiece will be free of material and workmanship defects and warrants the dependable functioning of its entire movement.
Throne does not cover internal or external damage resulting from excessive wear, abuse or mishandling. Use in saunas, hot tubs, excessive hot water or normal wear and aging from scratches and abrasions to the crystal, case, band, or buckle. Alterations or tampering through the addition or substitution of parts, batteries or accessories will not be covered.
Are your watches water resistant?
Since such a core part of our product is the leather band, wearing our watches in water is never a good idea. We do not warranty against water damage.
Do you have a retail store?
We do not currently have a retail store.
Do you wholesale?

How long does it take to ship my order?
We typically pack and ship an order within 48 hours of the order being placed. During times of high volume or holidays this can take slightly longer. We are a small company but we pride ourselves in getting customer orders out in a timely fashion.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it shipped?
Orders are eligible for in-person pickup in Brooklyn New York. If you'd like to coordinate a pickup please email us at email@example.com.
